Gift Voucher

Terms and Conditions

 
1. Denomination on sale - RM 10.00, RM 20.00, RM 50.00 and RM 100.00
2. Discount Rates
  The discount rates offered for bulk purchase are as follows:
 


    		• RM10,000 to RM49,999 2.0%


    		•  RM50,000 to RM99,999 2.5%


    		•  RM100,000 to and above 3.0%
      All discounts are to be "paid" in the form of Gift Vouchers, to be rounded down to the nearest denomination. No cash or cash equivalent to be given as discount.
    3. Delivery Term
      No delivery services to be provided. Vouchers are to be collected from our HQ office, located at Giant Hypermarket Shah Alam Stadium.

    4. Delivery Lead Time
      5 working days. The vouchers will be ready for collection on the 5th working day from the date of receipt of the Purchase Order.
    5. Payment Mode is either by Cash or Cheque. 3 days grace period is needed for the cheque to be cleared before releasing the vouchers.
    6. Standard validity period given is 6 month.
    7. Gift voucher is tantamount to cash and can be used at all Cold Storage supermarkets in Malaysia.
    8. Around 80,000 varieties of goods available in the Giant stores.
    9. The proposal including pricing is valid for a period of 2 years.
