Ingredients Serves 4
Sirap Bandung
Sugar
3 tbsp
Warm water
140ml
Rose essence
1/2 tsp
Red colouring
A few drops
Evaporated milk
280ml
Cold water
280ml
Ice cubes
2 cups
Method
Sirap Bandung

Step 01

Mix sugar, warm water, rose essence and red colouring to make rose syrup.
Step 02
Add rose syrup in a jug. Then, add ice cubes.
Step 03
Slowly pour in the evaporated milk, to create the two-tone Sirap Bandung.
Step 04
Stir before drinking.

Turn it into Soda Bandung by adding ice cream soda and cincau.
