Warm water

Rose essence

Red colouring
A few drops
Evaporated milk

Method
Sirap Bandung

Step 01

Mix sugar, warm water, rose essence and red colouring to make rose syrup.
Step 02
Add rose syrup in a jug. Then, add ice cubes.
Step 03
Slowly pour in the evaporated milk, to create the two-tone Sirap Bandung.
Step 04
Stir before drinking.

Turn it into Soda Bandung by adding ice cream soda and cincau.

Combine skimmed milk, bananas, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg and ice cubes in a blender.

Blend until smooth

Serve immediately.

Replace ice cubes with 1 cup of vanilla ice-cream for a more indulgent version!

Step 01

Fill the glass to the rim with ice cubes and stir.
Step 02
Strain excess liquid from glass.
Step 03
Pour in 50ml of Bombay sapphire and top it over with lemon juice.
Step 04
Slowly stir in premium tonic water. Finally, garnish with lemon zest, thyme sprig, and serve.

This drink pairs well with almond, fish, and chicken dishes.

Blood Orange Cocktail

Step 01

Puree 2 cups of fresh raspberries.
Step 02
Press puree through a fine mesh strainer to extract the pulp, then discard the seeds.
Step 03
Place puree in a small saucepan with 1/4 cup of sugar.
Step 04
Heat pan over medium-low heat. Stir puree frequently for about 10 minutes until it turns thick and dark. Then let cool.
Step 05
Fill each syringe with 22ml of raspberry syrup. Set aside.
Step 06
Add vodka and Licor 43 to a shaker with ice; shake for 20 seconds.
Step 07
Add Orangina and stir.
Step 08
Pour the mix into iced glasses and place filled syringes in drinks.
Step 09
Add an orange wedge to the side of each glass and serve.

Substitute Licor 43 with Tuaca if you’re looking for something sweet and zesty.

Method

Step 01

Coat the inside of a glass with chocolate ganache or chocolate spread.
Step 02
Dip mouth of glass in a bowl of sprinkles.
Step 03
In a blender, add ice cream, coffee, Baileys and milk. Blend until smooth.
Step 04
Pour mixture into glass. Top with ice cream, whipped cream, brownie (optional), chocolate drizzle (optional) and sprinkles.

Replace brownie with any other baked treat of your choice if preferred.
