Canned pumpkin

Unsweetened applesauce

Method
Autumn Baby Smoothie

Step 01

Combine all ingredients together in a blender
Step 02
Blend until smooth and serve it immediately.
Step 03
If turning it into popsicles, place it in the popsicle container and keep it in the freezer for an hour.

This amazing baby smoothie can be served cold as ice pops, or served warm as soup on cold nights instead!

This smoothie is packed with fresh fruits, yoghurt, milk and peanut butter – all of which are great for suhoor!

Frozen berries

Banana - peeled, sliced and frozen

2% Greek yoghurt

2% milk

Pre-packed Peanut Butter & Jam Smoothie

Step 01

Blend all ingredients until smooth, for about a minute.
Step 02
Serve immediately.
Step 03
For pre-pack version, portion the ingredients in several airtight plastic bags.
Step 04
Store in the freezer until you’re ready to blend.

If you want to have some greens in your smoothie, try adding spinach or broccoli.

Step 01

Combine skimmed milk, bananas, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg and ice cubes in a blender.

Blend until smooth

Serve immediately.

Replace ice cubes with 1 cup of vanilla ice-cream for a more indulgent version!
